Ha, I don't know how the photographer makes it look so nice!? That's the tightest, dampest, slipperiest descent in the area. You go down it just hoping that you'll stay upright over all the rotting leaves and moss in the road. Rather him than me tackling it that fully laden!

Speaking of things that make me want to get out on my bike - I spent last night watching Hell on Wheels, a movie-length documentary about the 2003 Tour de France. Now I want to go ride one of the mountain stages. With a granny gear, of course!
